Friday, Oct 4th Tailgate Party @ 5th period  and Homecoming Football Game

Saturday, Oct. 5th Homecoming Dance    8:30pm  – 11:30pm in the Tallman Gym


Homecoming Dance tickets can be purchased at brunch, lunch or after school through Thursday, Oct. 3rd .

Price is $10.00 if you have a Gold card and $15.00 if you do not. 

PSAT Study Guides are in!  If you signed up and have paid your $17.00, see Tina to get your study guide. 


IWE’s/ TA’s:  If you missed the meeting this AM,  see Mrs. Pyzer at brunch or lunch


GOT SHOES? Shoes, gently worn shoes and new shoes are needed to help support the MOCK TRIAL class trip to L.A..

The shoes will go to families in third world countries! Please tell your friends and family members and bring your SHOES into the office bin or room 8 today!    

Shoes will also be accepted this week at the football game! Thank you!


Congratulations to Team TIA...Tanner Pachie, Isaac Rascon, and Austin Prichard...the winners of MHS's 2nd Annual Mousetrap Car Distance Competition held October 1 in the three Physics classes! 

Their paper-body car best mastered friction to travel 10.39 meters on the rough black top ground. Second place went to Will Aden, Lilly Samson, and Hannah Taylor with their wide-bodied paper/popsicle stick car, which 

traveled 9.84 meters, and third place to Harper Moreno and Kori Green-Martinez, for their car with a uniquely designed flipper extension, which traveled 9.65 meters.


MHS Cheerleaders are doing a Homecoming Flower Fundraiser!  See any cheerleader to pre-order.   Single Rose $4.00, Bouquet $23.00,  Orders will be ready for pick up on Oct. 4th.
