Our MHS Leadership class is doing a Toy Drive for the Elementary aged students that were affected by the recent Camp Fire in Paradise, Ca.  If you would like to be a part of this gift, please bring a new toy into Mrs. Roderick’s classroom, #7.   Thank you very much!

 

Last chance for Hawaii Raffle tickets-  The raffle is less than 2 weeks away.  This fundraiser benefits the Senior Class Sober Graduation event which is completely funded by donations and fundraising events.  Tickets are available at Rustic Salon or www.mhsgradnight.org.  Do not miss out on your chance to win a $5,000 travel voucher good for travel to any Hawaiian Island.  Mahalo!

 

Friends of the Library is hosting a Reading Challenge!   “You saw the movie, but have you read the book?”    to promote books that have been made into a movie.  Rules are simple ~ Pick a book, take an AR Quiz,  enter the Raffle.  Winner will receive a $15 Buddha Thai Gift Certificate.  Raffle entries can be turned in to Tina in the library.

 

Attention All Students who drive a vehicle to school:    We now have Parking Permits and one is required for your vehicle, if you are parking on campus.  Please come into the office Today, at  Brunch or Lunch to see Julie.  Your Driver’s License and Insurance card must be seen to get a Parking Permit.

 

FFA Roller Skating is here. Come and join us for a fun time after school on Thursday, December 6th. Return your permission slip today, to any of the 3 AG Dept teachers.   You will need to bring money for your own entry in and for food. You DO NOT have to be in FFA to come.

Attention Seniors interested in a career in Construction. Lake County Chapter of Youth Construction Corps and North Bay Construction Corps are hosting a Construction program to get you started in the field of Construction. Please see Mrs. Galvan for info and an application or www.constructioncorps.org. Applications date has been extended to December 7.

 

Last Call for the ASVAB Career Exploration Program Career Assessment on Wednesday, Dec. 5th.  @ 8:00 am in the high school library.    We have room for only 25 more! Sign up now in the MHS Library. Preference will be given to Seniors and Juniors.
