Any students interested in playing Tennis this year, there is a quick team meeting this Friday, January 25th at the beginning of lunch in room 5.

Congratulations to the three winners of this year's Poetry Out Loud school competition. Emily Maccario-first place, Chloe Murphy-second place, and Brandon Blecman-third place. They will be moving on to the county competition in Lakeport on January 26th! Good luck Mustangs!
Starting this Wednesday, Jan. 23 and then each Wednesday after, there will be a Smoking/Vaping Cessation Class available on campus. This class will begin at 11:20 and participation will be held in confidence. If you are serious about quitting or are interested to find out the dangers of smoking and/or vaping, please see Mrs. Galvan to sign up.
Senior Andrea Garcia is holding another Blood Drive as part of her Sr. Project. It is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 7th. If you are interested, sign up with her at lunch in front of Mrs. Roderick’s , Room #7.

Parking Permits are required for students using the school parking lots. Vehicles will be checked. If you have been assigned a Permit, please be sure it is visible in the lower front drivers side corner of your windshield. If you need a Permit, please see Julie in the office with your proof of insurance and valid driver’s license. Your FALL Lunch Off Campus Pass will be good to use a few more days! Spring Passes are in for approval.

Families are hungry all year, not just the holiday season! If every MHS student were to bring in just 3 cans, we would have about 1400 cans to offer our families in need. The 1A class who collects the most cans will win a prize! Citlali Garcia
