ASVAB Interpretations will be next Tuesday, Feb 5th @ 8:30 in the library.  If you took the evaluation, be there….. this will be the only day for this opportunity.


Spring Lunch Off Campus passes are available today @ Brunch in the high school office.  Fall Passes are no longer valid!


Good luck to our High School Rodeo team as they travel to Corning to host a multi-district rodeo with over 275 contestants! The rodeo is happening today  through Sunday, with no admission cost. 

Come support these Mustangs as they “Battle for the Saddle”!


Advertising committee meeting for Donkey Basketball @ lunch, on Monday, February 4th, for a chance to get FFA points.


Senior Yazi Heidary is now collecting new and gently used socks as a part of her Senior Project.  

The socks will be distributed to the homeless of Lake and Mendocino counties.  You can drop them off in Mrs. Roderick’s room #7.  Donate a pair and receive a treat!  Thank you for your help!


Please join us in celebrating Winter Sports by participating in Snowcoming week!  Dress up with friends, play the games at lunch and come to the game and dance!  Here are your details!

            Friday, Feb 1 ~  Beanie Day!


            Saturday, Feb 2 is the Snowcoming Dance!  8:30 pm - 11:30 pm in the Tallman Gym.  Tickets are on sale through Friday at lunch in front of Mrs. Roderick’s classroom then again at the door.   $10.00 with a Gold                    card, $15.00 without a Gold Card and $15.00 for all purchased at the door.  Approved Guest List is with Mrs. Roderick or you may check with Julie in the office.



Hey Mustangs!  Senior Dimitri Imbrunetti is putting on a Fun Color Run Event  to support Paradise High School.  

The event is on March 17th at our high school track!  Check in starts @ 9:00 am and the event starts @ 10:00 am.  

You can register online at secure.getactivefundraising.com or you can ask Dimitri Imbrunetti for more details.



Parking Permits are required for students using the school parking lots.  Vehicles will be checked.  

If you have been assigned a Permit, please be sure it is visible in the lower front drivers side corner of your windshield.   If you need a Permit, please see Julie in the office with your proof of insurance and valid driver’s license.


Families are hungry all year, not just the holiday season!  If every MHS student were to bring in just 3 cans, we would have about 1400 cans to offer our families in need.  

The 1A class who collects the most cans will win a prize!   Citlali Garcia
