Attention Sophomores!  The PSAT Day you have been waiting for is February 27th. 

Please sign up in the MHS Library, the cost is $16.00

 

If you would like to chair a committee at Relay for Life, please come to an informational meeting at lunch  TODAY in Room 7.  

 

If you would like to be a team captain for Relay for Life, please come to an informational meeting on Thursday, Feb 7 at lunch in Mrs. Roderick's room.  It is time to start planning. See you there. 

 

Senior Yazi Heidary is now collecting new and gently used socks as a part of her Senior Project.  The socks will be distributed to the homeless of Lake and Mendocino counties.  

You can drop them off in Mrs. Roderick’s room #7.  Donate a pair and receive a treat!  Thank you for your help!

 

"FFA week is here!  Sign up for Ag Olympics during lunch in the quad.   You will sign up in teams of 4. 

The winning team of Ag Olympics gets to ride donkeys for Donkey Basketball on February 14. 

The games will  be Monday through Thurday, next week in the quad." 

 

 

Hey Mustangs!  Senior Dimitri Imbrunetti is putting on a Fun Color Run Event  to support Paradise High School.  

The event is on March 17th at our high school track!  Check in starts @ 9:00 am and the event starts @ 10:00 am.  You can register online at secure.getactivefundraising.com or you can ask Dimitri Imbrunetti for more details.

 

Families are hungry all year, not just the holiday season!  If every MHS student were to bring in just 3 cans, we would have about 1400 cans to offer our families in need.  

The 1A class who collects the most cans will win a prize!   Citlali Garcia

 

Valentine Grams are Back: 

As a part of her Senior Project Megan Perry will be selling Valentine Grams for $3.00.  All money raised will be going to various local charities. You can find her at lunch!  Show some love for charity and  a friend.

 

Parking Permits are required for students using the school parking lots.  Vehicles will be checked.  

If you have been assigned a Permit, please be sure it is visible in the lower front drivers side corner of your windshield.  

 If you need a Permit, please see Julie in the office with your proof of insurance and valid driver’s license.

Scholarship Opportunities!

 

For convenience sake, the Scholarship Binder is now  located in the high school office, on table, near the Community Service Bulletin Board.  Please do not ask Mr. Guerrero …..  Binder is on the long white table!  

 

There are  2 Scholarship Binders…… meaning there are a lot of new opportunities!  First set of local RAD Scholarships are due Friday, then each Friday!!   

Check the due dates and be sure to get them turned in on time!

 

Remember:  A time frame of 3 days needs to be given for

    Letters of Recommendations!
