As a reminder, students may now login into www.academicnorcal.com to submit their sizing

so that we may reserve a cap & gown for them.

Attention Junior Parents.

The Cal Grant Opt-out form has been mailed to you. Please watch for it in the mail. Complete the form only if you DO NOT want your child's GPA to be submitted to the California Student Aid Commission to be used in the Cal Grant application process to determine eligibility for grant aid for college. The deadline to return this form is January 31, 2021. If you DO Want your child's GPA submitted to determine eligibility for grant aid in college, you do not need to do anything more. If you have questions, please email Mrs. Galvan at erika.galvan@middletownusd.org.

Atención Padres Junior. Se le ha enviado el formulario de exclusión voluntaria de Cal Grant. Esté atento a esto en el correo. Complete el formulario solo si NO desea que el GPA de su hijo se envíe a la Comisión de Ayuda Estudiantil de California para que se utilice en el proceso de solicitud de la Beca Cal Grant para determinar la elegibilidad para la ayuda financiera universitaria. La fecha límite para devolver este formulario es el 31 de enero de 2021. Si QUIERES que se presente el gpa de tu hijo para determinar la elegibilidad para la subvención en la universidad, no necesitas hacer nada más.
