Important Dates to Remember!

Dec. 11th MUSD School Board Meeting - 6:00 pm @ Cobb Elem School Multi Use

Dec. 12th Winter Choir and Band Concert 7:00 pm @ MHS Multi Use

Dec. 17th - 20th Fall Semester Finals @ MHS, these dates will be minimum days. If you are absent for any final, you will need to make arrangements for the final to be taken upon return in January. No final exam will be given early.

Prices for the Senior Yearbook Dedication page have dropped! Pick up a new price sheet from the office. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Marasca @ 987-4140, ext # 4007

Attention Seniors who would like to apply at UCMerced! The Application deadline has been extended to Dec. 20th for the Merced campus only. Please see Mrs. Galvan if you need assistance with your application.

Attention Seniors interested in Sonoma State University: They have extended their application deadline to Dec. 15th. Please see Mrs. Galvan or go to https://www2.calstate.edu/apply to apply.

MHS Tobacco Youth Coalition..... Lunch time ~ Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019 @ the Healthy Start room #31. Flyer in office window.

Spring 2020 is just around the corner. If you are interested in taking classes at Woodland Community College after school, Sheila Faulkner-Loser, Director of Special Programs will be here on Tuesday, December 10 from 11:15 am - 1:30pm. She will be in the library to assist with college applications and to answer any questions you may have for classes n the late afternoon nad evening. WCC is offering 7 new classes for Spring 2020. Be sure to stop by and ask any questions you may have. The MHS Library will be OPEN during this timeframe for this event only. If you come from a class, please be sure to have a teacher pass.

FFA member are doing a joint fundraiser with Middletown Ag Boosters for Christmas in Middletown. We will be making and wrapping Tri tip sandwiches on Saturday, Dec. 14 at Ag Dept. Time will be announced. Sign up in Mrs. Pachie's room. You can use this for Leadership credit or community service.

FFA Roller Skate trip date is revised! ACTUAL date is Dec. 11th from 5:00 - 7:30. Invite your friends! Bus leaves @ 4:15 and returns by 9:00 pm. Cost is $8, covers entry and skates.

FFA Members and friends... we are on the final push for Blankets for Senior Citizens! Come by Ag @ lunch this week to help get this project completed!

Students who do not have a Parking Permit….. please see Julie in the office at Brunch or Lunch. You will need to show your Driver’s License, Registration and Insurance card. Thank you.

Community Service opportunity!

Mountain Lion's Club on Cobb is having a Breakfast with Santa! Student help is needed on Sunday, Dec. 15th. Sign up in the office or contact Kelly @ 486-4141

South Lake Fire Dept. is looking for help with their Candy Cane Run! Dates are: Dec. 12th on Cobb, Dec. 13th in Hidden Valley Lake, and Dec. 15th in Middletown. You can sign up in the counseling office for any of the dates. Questions: call Kim @ 888-8017

The Magic of Ballet featuring Nutcracker Exerpts.... Dec. 14 and 15th Student help is needed in ticket taking, selling cookies, ushers and parking lot attendants. Sign up in the counseling office.

Students are invited to bring in items that will be delivered as care packages to active members of the military through Operation Tango Mike. A list of items that can be donated is available from Mrs. Macedo in room 4. One hour of community service will be awarded for every 10 items donated. Please have items to Mrs. Macedo by Wed. Dec. 18th
